We own the assets. Operators run the business.

Motion Fleet Company, LLC acquires, titles, and holds passenger vehicles, then leases them to licensed rental and mobility operators who manage the customer relationship end to end.

Motion Fleet does not rent vehicles to consumers. Every vehicle we own is operated under lease by a counterparty who carries the customer, the insurance, and the day-to-day.

Position

A vehicle balance sheet, not a rental counter.

Rental and mobility operators are good at the hard part: acquiring customers, servicing them, and keeping vehicles earning. What slows them down is capital. Every additional unit ties up cash, credit, and a title.

Motion Fleet holds that side of the ledger. We put vehicles on the road under our own title and insurance-backed lease terms, and our operator partners deploy them. They scale without buying; we build a book of titled, revenue-producing assets.

The separation is structural, not cosmetic. Motion Fleet’s agreements define lease terms, condition standards, and the operator’s responsibility for insurance, maintenance, and every customer-facing obligation. That line is documented, and we keep it clean.

The Model

Three steps, and the line never moves.

01 / Acquire

Vehicle sourced and titled

Motion Fleet purchases the unit, takes title in the company name, and brings it to service condition before it is placed.

02 / Lease

Placed with an operator

The vehicle goes out on a written lease defining term, rate, condition standards, insurance requirements, and return obligations.

03 / Operate

Operator runs the business

The operator carries coverage, handles maintenance, and owns every customer relationship. Motion Fleet holds the asset and the lease.

Motion Fleet’s revenue comes from the lease, not from the rental transaction. We have no contractual relationship with the end customer at any point in the cycle.

Standards

How we underwrite what goes on the road.

01 — Selection

Units chosen for uptime

Fuel-efficient, high-reliability passenger vehicles with parts availability and service history that hold up under commercial duty cycles.

02 — Title

Clean title, held in company name

Every asset is titled to Motion Fleet Company, LLC. Ownership, lienholder position, and registration stay with the entity for the life of the lease.

03 — Condition

Service condition before placement

Mechanical inspection, tires and brakes to standard, and cosmetic presentation addressed before a unit is delivered to an operator.

04 — Coverage

Insurance obligations in writing

Lease terms specify the coverage the operator must carry, with Motion Fleet named as owner, and set the standards for the vehicle’s return.
